How can i choose tours and places to visit ?

Totaly freedom! Plan your schedule directly with the driver when you meet him. You can choose any places to visit or follow your own tour itinerary. We are OK with whatever you decide.

What is included ?

Our prices are transparent and there are no extra fees. Included: car, driver service (10 hours daily), fuel, unlimited mileage, tax, hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas. Not included: entrance tickets, show tickets (if any).

Can i stay in different places?

For sure! We provide pick-up/drop-off at hotels in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, North Nusa Dua, Jimbaran. If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas please contact us for pricing and availability.

What if i am not satisfied ?

No problem! We are here to help! You can simply cancel all remaining days. Stress free and no fees. Use our service as long you are happy with everything!

How do i pay ?

You pay directly to your driver in local currency (IDR). You pay separately for each day – no need to pay for all reserved days at once!

Who will be my driver ?

We will tell you who your driver is before your first pick-up. All of our drivers speak english and want to make your trip unforgettable

Do you provide half day service ?

You can hire us only for full day (10 hours). We don’t offer refunds for unused hours.

Can you pick me up at the airport ?

Yes – if you are planing to use full day service after arrival. If you need hotel transfer only – you can use official airport taxi and start using our service from the next day.
